Cancellation Policy
I charge a 40% fee (for the service(s) booked for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours prior scheduled appointment.
There’s a 15-minute grace period. After 15min your appointment will be canceled and is considered a no-show. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 3 NO-CALL NO-SHOWS FULL APPOINTMENT TOTAL WILL BE CHARGED. Some services require a nonrefundable deposit to secure your appointment. No Exceptions. Please understand my time is as important as yours. By submitting your card info and booking your appointment you agree to these terms.
My payment options are credit/debit cards, cash, and Zelle. When paying with a card, there's a 3.5% processing fee.
